The old Canopy Market in King’s Cross is back, featuring its usual mix of street food, craft beer, wine, fine produce and design traders and, from today, 17th-19th May, a special craft chocolate takeover.
In collaboration with Cocoa Runners, amongst the world’s top purveyors of artisan chocolate, the market is offering a range of producer-led fine chocolate tastings as well as a chocolate sensory workshop with UCL professor Barry Smith, and talks on chocolate and cheese pairing and the ‘Craft Chocolate Revolution’. Besides refining your chocolate palate this is an excellent opportunity to learn about the chocolate making process from international specialists.
The market is open 12-8pm on Friday 17th and 11am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday. Entrance is free, but the talks and classes should be booked in advance via https://cocorunners.com/cocoa-runners-events
